Chang Lih Kang

Chang Lih Kang is a Malaysian politician who has served as the Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation since December 2022 and as the Member of Parliament for Tanjong Malim since 2018. A member of the People's Justice Party (PKR), he previously served as a member of the Perak State Legislative Assembly for Teja from 2008 to 2018. As a minister, he has focused on advancing Malaysia's energy transition through the Hydrogen Economy and Technology Roadmap and promoting national research and development goals.
