Charles Bawaduah is a Ghanaian lawyer and politician currently serving as the Member of Parliament for the Bongo Constituency in the Upper East Region. Elected in the 2024 general election, he represents the National Democratic Congress. Prior to his parliamentary career, he held significant roles including Executive Secretary of the National Labour Commission and Legal Officer at the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice. In Parliament, he serves on the Sanitation and Water Resources Committee and as Vice Chairperson of the Private Member's Bill and Private Member’s Motion Committee.
