Charles Dialor Fall is an American politician serving as a member of the New York State Assembly for the 61st district since 2019. Born in Manhattan to Guinean immigrant parents and raised on Staten Island, he is the first Muslim elected to the New York State Assembly. Prior to his legislative career, he served as the Staten Island borough director for Mayor Bill de Blasio and as Chief of Staff to the New York City Parks Borough Commissioner for Staten Island. In 2025, he was elected chair of the Staten Island Democratic Party.
