Chuck Martin is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing the 49th district since 2013. A member of the Republican Party, he previously represented Fulton County in the state house starting in 2003. Before his tenure in the state legislature, Martin served as a City Councillor in Alpharetta, Georgia, from 1993 to 1995, and subsequently as the city's mayor from 1996 to 2002. Since 2019, he has held the position of Chairman of the Higher Education Committee. Following the 2020 presidential election, Martin advocated for a performance review of election officials in Fulton County.
