Claude Meisch is a Luxembourgish politician who has served as Minister of Education since 2013 under successive governments, and currently holds the portfolios of Minister of Education, Children and Youth, and Minister of Housing and Spatial Planning in the government of Luc Frieden. A member of the Democratic Party (DP) since 1994, he previously served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies from 1999 to 2013, Mayor of Differdange from 2002 to 2013, and president of the DP from 2004 to 2013.
