Constantin Starîș is a Moldovan politician and journalist currently serving as a Member of the Parliament of Moldova. He previously served as a deputy in the 19th legislature of the Moldovan Parliament from 2010 to 2014. A graduate of the State University of Moldova with a degree in journalism, Starîș has had a long career in television, notably presenting the Russian-language analytical program 'Rezonans' on Moldova 1 and NIT. He is a member of the Party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova.
