Constantin Toma

Constantin Toma is a Romanian politician currently serving as the Mayor of Buzău. Born in 1959 in Țintești, he holds a degree in Machine Building Technology. Throughout his tenure as mayor, he has focused on urban development, economic strategy, and the implementation of a circular economy vision for the city. A member of the Social Democratic Party (PSD), he has been a vocal critic of the party's national leadership, advocating for stable governance and coalition cooperation to address Romania's overlapping economic and social crises.
