Cruz Pérez Cuéllar

Cruz Pérez Cuéllar is a Mexican politician currently serving as the Mayor of Ciudad Juárez, having been elected in 2021 and re-elected in 2024. Throughout his career, he has held various legislative positions, including serving as a federal deputy in the 56th and 60th Congresses and as a Senator for Chihuahua from 2018 to 2021. Initially affiliated with the National Action Party (PAN) and later the Citizens' Movement (MC), he joined the National Regeneration Movement (Morena) in 2017. His political platform has historically emphasized participatory budgeting and social welfare initiatives.
