Czesław Mroczek is a Polish politician, lawyer, and local government official currently serving as a Member of the Sejm and as Secretary of State in the Ministry of the Interior and Administration. First elected to the Sejm in 2005, he has served continuously since the 5th through the 10th terms. Throughout his career, he has held significant roles, including Secretary of State in the Ministry of National Defense from 2011 to 2015 and Deputy Chairman of the National Defense Committee. Before entering national politics, he worked as a local administrator and served as the starosta of Mińsk County. He is a member of the Civic Coalition.
