Daisy Wai is a Canadian politician who has served as the Member of Provincial Parliament for the riding of Richmond Hill since 2018. An entrepreneur by background, she previously served on the board of directors for Prosper Canada and held leadership roles including chairperson for the Richmond Hill Chamber of Commerce and member of the York Regional Police Services Board. Throughout her political career, Wai has focused on encouraging greater political engagement within the Chinese Canadian community. She is a recipient of numerous honors, including the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal and the Canada 150 Women Award.
