Dan Miller is an American politician and jurist who served as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing the 42nd district. After a background in the Army National Guard and AmeriCorps, he earned a Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America and worked in the Allegheny County public defender's office. He served on the Mt. Lebanon Commission before his tenure in the state legislature. In 2025, Miller was elected as a judge for the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, subsequently resigning from his legislative seat to assume the judicial role.
