Dan Williams

Dan K. Williams is an American politician and pastor serving as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 74th district since 2018. Born in Philadelphia, he has long served as the senior pastor at New Life Christ Fellowship Church in Coatesville. During his legislative career, he has focused on police reform, notably authoring Act 59 of 2020, which updated police training requirements regarding de-escalation and use-of-force techniques. He holds a Bachelor of Science in management from Geneva College, as well as a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry from the Biblical Theological Seminary.
