Darkhan Kydyrali is a Kazakh politician, public figure, and historian serving as a Member of the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan and Secretary of the Committee on International Relations, Defense and Security. Previously, he served as the Minister of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 2022 to 2023, and held leadership roles including president of the International Turkic Academy. He is a doctor of historical sciences, professor, and member of the National Kurultai.
