Dave Maxey is an American marketing professional and Republican politician serving as a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly. Born in Wisconsin in 1973, he served in the United States Navy before earning an associate degree in marketing from Waukesha County Technical College. Maxey began his political career on the New Berlin Board of Education and the New Berlin city council. He was first elected to the Wisconsin State Assembly in 2022 to represent the 15th district and has represented the 83rd district since 2025.
