David Mabumba

David Mabumba is a Zambian politician currently serving as the Member of Parliament for the Mwense constituency. Born on April 23, 1971, he holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management. Before entering politics, he worked as a human resources manager. Mabumba was first elected to the National Assembly in 2011. Throughout his career, he has held significant government positions, including serving as Deputy Minister for Education, Vocational Training and Early Childhood, and as the Minister of Energy in the cabinet of President Edgar Lungu.
