David Mahlobo

Mbangiseni David Mahlobo is a South African politician serving as the Deputy Minister of Water and Sanitation since 2021. A member of the National Assembly since 2014, he previously held cabinet positions as Minister of State Security and Minister of Energy under President Jacob Zuma.
