David Scaife

David Scaife is an Australian politician serving as the member for Cockburn in the Western Australian Legislative Assembly. First elected in 2021, he was re-elected in 2025. Before entering parliament, Scaife worked as a lawyer for Slater and Gordon and Eureka Lawyers, and held roles with the Australian Manufacturing Workers' Union and in the office of Senator Louise Pratt. A member of the Labor Left faction, he holds degrees from the University of Western Australia, University College London, and the Australian National University.
