David Spiller

David Lee Spiller is an American attorney and politician currently serving as a member of the Texas House of Representatives for the 68th district. Born and raised in Jacksboro, Texas, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law. Before his election to the state legislature in a 2021 special election, Spiller practiced law at his firm, Spiller & Spiller, and served as the Jacksboro City Attorney and general counsel for the Jack County Hospital District. He also maintains business interests in the oil, gas, and bonding industries.
