De Carlo Lim Uy is a Filipino politician and businessman currently serving as the Representative of Davao del Norte's 1st congressional district. Before his election to the House of Representatives in 2025, he served as the Vice Governor of Davao del Norte from 2022 to 2025 and briefly as Acting Governor in 2024. Earlier in his career, he was a Tagum City Councilor from 2007 to 2013. Uy, who has a background in the transport sector, notably voted in favor of the second impeachment of Vice President Sara Duterte in 2026.
