Debbie Ngarewa-Packer is a New Zealand politician and iwi leader serving as a Member of Parliament and co-leader of Te Pāti Māori. Before entering national politics, she served as the deputy mayor of South Taranaki and as the chief executive of the Ngāti Ruanui iwi. A prominent activist, she has campaigned extensively against seabed mining and advocated for Māori health equity, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.
