Demo Beriša

Demo Beriša is a Serbian politician and retired military officer serving as the Minister of Human and Minority Rights and Social Dialogue since April 2025. Born in Peć, Kosovo, he graduated from a military school in Sarajevo and earned a degree in economics in Novi Sad, serving in the Yugoslav People's Army and Serbian Army until his retirement in 2005. An ethnic Kosovo Albanian, he has led the Matica of Albanians association since 2014 and is a founding member of the People's Movement for the State.
