Fatmir Đeka is a Montenegrin politician and the founder and current president of the Democratic Party, a conservative political organization representing the interests of the Albanian minority in Montenegro. He has served as a Member of the Parliament of Montenegro, representing his party's interests within the legislature. Previously, he held the position of President of the Municipality of Ulcinj from 2008 to 2011 and served as the deputy president of the Democratic Union of Albanians. His political career has been characterized by his leadership in various Albanian coalitions within the Montenegrin political landscape.
