Dharamlal Kaushik is an Indian politician affiliated with the Bharatiya Janata Party and a Member of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly representing the Bilha constituency. He served as the 3rd Speaker of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly from 2009 to 2014 and later as the state president of the BJP's Chhattisgarh unit from 2014 until March 2019. He was also elected as the Leader of the Opposition in the assembly following the 2018 elections.
