Didier Castella is a Swiss politician serving as a member of the Council of State of the Canton of Fribourg since 2018. A member of the FDP.The Liberals, he currently heads the Department of Institutions, Agriculture and Forests. Before his election to the cantonal government, he served as a deputy in the Grand Council of Fribourg and as a communal councilor in Gruyères. A physicist by training, he previously worked in environmental management and defense-related administration.
