Đinh Thị Phương Lan

Dinh Thi Phuong Lan is a Vietnamese politician serving as Vice Chairwoman of the Ethnic Council of the National Assembly and as a member of the 15th National Assembly representing Quang Ngai Province. Born in Hanoi with roots in Tra Bong District, Quang Ngai Province, she is of Co ethnic origin and holds a doctorate in educational management. Before her parliamentary career, she worked as a high school teacher and held educational administrative roles in Tra Bong, subsequently advancing through various legislative committees including the Foreign Affairs Committee and the Ethnic Council.
