Dmitry Krutoi is a Belarusian politician currently serving as the Chief of Staff to the President of Belarus, a position he has held since 2024. Throughout his career, he has held several high-level government roles, including Minister of Economy from 2018 to 2019, First Deputy Prime Minister from 2019 to 2020, and Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration from 2020 to 2022. He also served as the Ambassador of Belarus to Russia from 2022 to 2024. Following the 2020 Belarusian presidential election, Krutoi was subject to international sanctions imposed by the Baltic states.
