Dmytro Kostiuk is a Ukrainian politician, historian, and investigative journalist serving as a People's Deputy of Ukraine for the 9th convocation. A graduate of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, he previously worked as a journalist for the Espreso TV channel and led the non-governmental organization 'Indivisible Ukraine'. Elected in 2019 as a representative for the 65th district, he served on the Committee on Agrarian and Land Policy. In 2025, he left the Servant of the People faction in protest against legislation concerning the independence of anti-corruption institutions. Additionally, he serves as the president of the Zvyagel football club.
