Do Van Yen is a senior military general and politician of the Vietnam People's Army, holding the rank of Rear Admiral. He serves as Deputy Political Commissar of the Vietnam People's Navy and Chairman of the Inspection Commission of the Party Committee of the Naval Service. In addition to his military leadership roles, he is a member of the 15th National Assembly of Vietnam representing Ho Chi Minh City.
