Dominik Sauerteig

Dominik Sauerteig is a German politician serving as the Lord Mayor of the city of Coburg since May 2020. A member of the Social Democratic Party (SPD), he previously served as a member of the Coburg City Council starting in 2014. Before his election as mayor, Sauerteig worked as a lawyer specializing in labor and social law. He is also known for his civic engagement, including his role as chairman of the charitable association Hartz und Herzlich and his involvement in local environmental preservation efforts.
