E. Tukaram is an Indian politician currently serving as a Member of Parliament for the Bellary Lok Sabha constituency. A long-standing member of the Indian National Congress, he previously served as a four-time Member of the Legislative Assembly for the Sandur constituency in Karnataka. During his political career, he held the position of Minister of Medical Education and served as the district in-charge minister for Bellary in the H. D. Kumaraswamy ministry. He holds an M.Com degree and a postgraduate diploma in Business Administration.
