Edda Mukabagwiza

Edda Mukabagwiza is a Rwandan politician, diplomat, and member of the Chamber of Parliament in Rwanda. She has served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies since 2013 and was elected Deputy Speaker in charge of Government Oversight and Legislation in 2018. Previously, she held key governmental and diplomatic roles, including serving as Rwanda's Minister of Justice from 2003 to 2006, and as High Commissioner and Ambassador to Canada and Cuba from 2007 to 2013.
