Edgar Tello

Edgar Tello is a Peruvian politician, lawyer, and educator serving as a Member of the Congress of the Republic of Peru. Born in Lima, he graduated with a degree in education specializing in electronics from the Enrique Guzmán y Valle National University and later earned a law degree from the Inca Garcilaso de la Vega University. He worked as a school teacher for many years before entering politics, initially being elected to Congress in 2021 with the Free Peru party and later joining Podemos Perú. Throughout his legislative career, he has focused on educational reforms and workers' rights, including proposals to improve pensions for teachers.
