Elaine Bowers

Elaine Bowers is an American politician serving as a member of the Kansas Senate, representing the 36th district since 2013. Prior to her tenure in the Senate, she served in the Kansas House of Representatives, representing the 107th district starting in 2007. Outside of her legislative career, Bowers has worked as an executive secretary for the Concordia Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as the office manager for Concordia Auto Mart Inc. She is actively involved in various professional and civic organizations, including the National Federation of Women Legislators, where she serves as the Kansas State Director.
