Elena Beleacova is an economist and politician from Moldova, serving as a Member of the Parliament of Moldova for the 2021–2025 legislature representing the Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova (PSRM). Over her career, she has held various administrative roles, including serving as pretora of the Rîșcani sector of Chișinău and directing the Bureau for Interethnic Relations. She was also chairperson of the Commission for Interethnic Relations within the Civil Society Council under the President of Moldova.
