Elma Dienda

Elma Jane Dienda is a Namibian politician and teacher who serves as a member of the National Assembly of Namibia and the Chief Whip for the Popular Democratic Movement in parliament. Trained as a teacher and counselor, she previously worked at Eldorado High School and has been active in public health advocacy, notably pushing for measures to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS.
