Elmer Catulpos

Elmer Catulpos is a Filipino politician and media executive serving as a Member of the House of Representatives for the 1Tahanan party-list in the 20th Congress. He assumed office in May 2026, succeeding resigned representative Nathaniel Oducado. In addition to his legislative role, he is the chairman and chief executive officer of the Brigada Group of Companies, focusing his political platform on housing, employment generation, and support for workers and tourism frontliners.
