Elvin Hasan

Elvin Hasan is a Macedonian politician of Turkish descent who serves as a Minister without Portfolio in the Government of North Macedonia, with a focus on attracting foreign investment. Born in Štip, he holds a PhD in Pedagogy from the Institute for Pedagogy at UKIM in Skopje and has an extensive background in education management and international relations. Prior to his ministerial appointment, he served as the deputy director of the State Examination Center and held leadership roles in various non-governmental organizations, including the UFUK organization. He is a prominent member of the Macedonia Turkish Movement Party, where he has served as vice president since 2018, and has worked extensively as an educator and editor for international publications.
