Emanuel Schädler is a historian, legal scholar, and politician from Liechtenstein who has served as a government councillor and Minister of Society and Justice since April 2025. Born in Altstätten in 1983, he studied law at the University of Bern, earning a master's degree in 2009 and a doctorate in 2013, later working as a researcher at the Liechtenstein Institute and senior assistant at the University of Bern. Nominated by the Patriotic Union as a government candidate in 2024, he entered office following the 2025 Liechtenstein general election as part of the coalition government.
