Emma Kantema-Gaomas is a Namibian politician serving as the Minister of Gender Equality, Poverty Eradication and Social Welfare and as a member of the National Assembly for SWAPO since 2020. She previously served as the Deputy Minister of Sport, Youth and National Service from 2020 to 2025. Educated at the Namibia University of Science and Technology and the University of Namibia, she holds a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration.
