Emma Theofilus

Emma Theofilus is a Namibian politician serving as the Minister of Information, Communication, and Technology and as a member of the National Assembly. Appointed in March 2020 at the age of 23, she became one of Africa's and Namibia's youngest government ministers. A former youth activist and legal officer, she has focused her legislative efforts on women's empowerment, youth participation, and digital policy advancements.
