Eric Morrison is an American politician serving as a member of the Delaware House of Representatives for the 27th district. A member of the progressive wing of the Democratic Party, he assumed office in November 2020 after defeating an incumbent in the primary. Morrison is the first openly gay man elected to serve in the Delaware General Assembly. Before his political career, he worked as a teacher and a human resources director. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Delaware.
