Ernesto Cedeño is a Panamanian politician and lawyer currently serving as a member of the National Assembly of Panama for Circuit 8-4. He holds a law degree from the University of Panama, a master's degree in procedural law from the Universidad Latina de Panamá, and a doctorate in law from the Universidad del Rosario in Argentina. Prior to his legislative career, he served as a legal advisor to the Comptroller General of the Republic, a substitute magistrate for the Public Procurement Tribunal, and a professor of law. He is a member of the Other Path Movement (Movimiento Otro Camino).
