Estela Carina Piceno Navarro is a Mexican politician and member of the National Regeneration Movement (Morena). She currently serves as a federal deputy for the 16th District of Mexico City, representing the coalition Sigamos Haciendo Historia in the LXVI Legislature (2024–2027). Her legislative work includes serving as secretary for the National Defense and Justice committees, as well as participating in the Foreign Relations and Jurisdictional committees. Before her election, she held various roles in public administration, including positions within the Mexico City Congress and the city's Auditor General's office.
