Esther Muinjangue is a Namibian politician, social worker, and the president of the National Unity Democratic Organisation (NUDO). She made history as the first woman to lead a political party in Namibia and the country's first female presidential candidate in the 2019 general election. In March 2020, she was appointed as the deputy minister of health and social services. A trained social worker holding degrees from the University of Namibia and the University of Pretoria, she is also recognized for her advocacy regarding the historical genocide of the Herero and Nama people.
