Fatmir Gjeka is a Montenegrin politician of Albanian descent who currently serves as the Minister of Human and Minority Rights in the Government of Montenegro. He is the president of the Democratic Party and has held various public offices throughout his career, including serving as the Mayor of Ulcinj from 2014 to 2016. Previously, he worked in municipal finance and served as a member of the Parliament of Montenegro, where he chaired the club of Albanian parties. Gjeka has also been active in local tourism management in Ulcinj.
