Фатмир Ђека

Fatmir Gjeka is a Montenegrin politician currently serving as the Minister of Human and Minority Rights in the Government of Montenegro. Born in Bar, he has held various significant roles in local and national governance, including serving as the Mayor of Ulcinj from 2014 to 2016.
