Francesco Roberti

Francesco Roberti is an Italian politician currently serving as the President of the Molise region, a position he assumed in 2023. An electronic engineer by profession, he previously taught electronics and worked as a structural designer. His political career began in 2002 as a city councilor in Termoli, where he later served as mayor from 2019 to 2023. He also held the office of President of the Province of Campobasso. Roberti is a long-time member of Forza Italia and has been involved in a legal investigation regarding allegations of corruption related to his time as mayor and provincial president.
