Francisco A. Quiñones Rivera is a Puerto Rican public official serving as the Secretary of the Department of Correction and Rehabilitation. Prior to heading the correctional agency, he built an extensive career in law enforcement and the judiciary, including twelve years as a superior judge, ten years as a deputy prosecutor, and service as Assistant Superintendent of Public Integrity and Director of the Legal Affairs Office for the Puerto Rico Police.
