Franck Julien

Franck Julien is a Monegasque politician who has served as a member of the National Council of Monaco since 2018. A founding member of the political group Priority Monaco (Primo!), he currently presides over the Commission for the digital development. In this capacity, he has focused on digital transformation, including the regulation of token offers, while advocating for the protection of individual privacy and voluntary participation in digital contact tracing initiatives. Before his political career, he held various executive roles in the telecommunications sector, including positions at Monaco Telecom and the Société Monégasque de Télédistribution.
