František Jura

František Jura is a Czech politician, manager, and former professional footballer currently serving as a Senator for the Prostějov district and as the Mayor of Prostějov. A member of the ANO 2011 movement, he has held various local and regional offices, including serving as a member of the Olomouc Regional Assembly since 2016. Before entering politics, he worked for the Municipal Police and the Prison Service of the Czech Republic, and later served as a general manager for the 1. SK Prostějov football club. Throughout his career, he has focused on regional development, sports infrastructure, and public administration in the Olomouc Region.
