Genkerver Tovar is a Venezuelan politician currently serving as a member of the National Assembly of Venezuela. Representing the state of Miranda, she was elected to the legislature as part of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) for the 2026–2031 term. As a member of the governing coalition, she participates in the legislative activities of the VI Legislature, which was installed in January 2026 following the 2025 parliamentary elections.
